Republican presidential hopefuls sharply criticized President Barack Obama’s efforts to thwart Iran‘s nuclear ambitions as too weak, but disagreed in a campaign debate whether the US would be justified in a pre-emptive military strike.

I find it alarming that the Republicans have been so candid about their intentions with Iran in the foreign policy debates last night when Americans don’t seem to be ready to enter into yet another war. I give Ron Paul and John Huntsman credit for not following suit with their overt war cries on the Middle East, along with their ‘thoughts’ on torture.
